Four to six sardines freshly caught at sea topped with a slice of lemon and sprinkled with rigourously selected extra virgin oil to reveal fruity and intense aromas. This traditional recipe awakens and intensifies the flavours of the sardines.

A real delight to be served with a nut of French butter on a baguette or with some steamed potatoes on the side. 

La Perle des Dieux recommends to store your tins of sardines for one year at least, and remember to turn them over every six month so as to let the sardines marinate and candy,
