La Perle des Dieux Ballet Lulu Vintage 2020 Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are caught at sea at the best time of the year in July-August, off the shores of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in Vendée, La Perle des Dieux's vintage sardines have become the signature of know-how and excellence passed on from generation to generation since 1887.
These sardines with an exceptional fat rate (more than 12%) are great vintages that will age extremely well, up to 10 years, as long as you turn the tins over every six month. A decade during which they will become smoother and smoother, and more and more candied. A ritual to truly appreciate all the qualities of these precious sardines.
